Diltex brands generates a large number of Jobs in Mexico, meets and exceeds all regulations contained in the Federal Labor Law, both in salaries and benefits and social security, which is a source of pride and satisfaction for all employees, suppliers and clients of our brands.
In fact, we have been recognized by INFONAVIT as a Company of 10.
The total of direct jobs generated by the group is 7,000 employees in plants, offices, and stores.
Indirectly, we generate a much greater number of jobs together with our suppliers and clients in Mexico, Central America and the United States, whom we consider as business partners, always seeking stable and long-term relationships.
Supplier certification
At Diltex brands we have a supplier certification process that ensures that they comply with the Laws of Mexico and their respective countries.
At Diltex, being congruent with our philosophy and values, we recruit suppliers through robust evaluation processes through inspections of their plants in Mexico and abroad, through international certification companies; In these visits we make sure that they do not have child labor and that the conditions of the law are guaranteed for their workers, as well as making sure that the suppliers are legally constituted, that they comply with local regulations on land use and environmental operation, as well as verify that they have standards, processes and controls that guarantee the quality of the products that our brands have defined.
We work closely with suppliers and laboratories to ensure that all garments meet the durability, composition and quality criteria that our brands and customers demand.
